Important Projects worked with the International Secretariat of Amnesty International to produce a 2 year projects and operations plan for its Internet and E-Communications Programme, and with the same group on Project IMPACT, a project undertaken to increase the effectiveness of Amnesty International's global website and e-communications.

Concern Worldwide

By challenging government and industry to halt harmful practices by negotiating solutions, conducting scientific research, introducing clean alternatives, carrying out peaceful acts of civil disobedience and educating and engaging the public, Greenpeace seeks to protect biodiversity in all its forms, prevent pollution of the earth's oceans, land, air and fresh water, end all nuclear threats, and promote peace, global disarmament and non-violence.

Important Projects worked with Greenpeace UK to define and prioritise its CMS requirements, perform a comparative CMS feature evaluation, select a CMS product and vendor, and to manage the design and implementation of the chosen product.

Important Projects also worked with Greenpeace UK to define and prioritise the requirements for an online CRM system it plans to integrate with its existing supporter database.

Oxfam International
International Poverty NGO — Oxford, UK
The name "Oxfam" comes from the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief, founded in Britain in 1942. The group campaigned for food supplies to be sent through an allied naval blockade to starving women and children in enemy-occupied Greece during the Second World War. Oxfam International was formed in 1995 by a group of independent non-governmental organisations who banded together for greater impact on the international stage to reduce poverty and injustice.

Important Projects consulted with Oxfam International on its potential adoption and application of Scrum.
